Stefanie McClellan has been a dedicated yogi for over 15 years, and loves introducing “everyday people” to yoga. As a former clinical and school social worker, she notices that core counseling principles like genuineness, empathy, and acceptance help guide her teaching approach, and she utilizes her longtime dedication to mindfulness meditation as well as her lighthearted sense of humor to reach her students. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through YogaWorks in May 2017, as well as an immersive Yin Yoga Teacher Training earlier this year. She looks forward to sharing her love and knowledge of yoga with the Ananda Community.
Sarah is a practitioner of yoga for over 15 years, completed her RYT200 training through the YogaWorks program, is registered with Yoga Alliance, and has a sub-certification in Yin Yoga. She strongly believes that yoga is for everybody and that everyone is enriched by the full body, mind, and spirit benefits of a yoga practice. With a special affinity for introducing new students to yoga and yoga asana, her classes strengthen and settle the mind and body. Whether choosing a vigorous Vinyasa practice or a soothing restorative, a class with Sarah beings a renewed sense of contentment to students both in and out of class.
